Zycoo CooCenter-S30 is a 30 agents Call Center Appliance, provides call center, IP PBX, CRM applications, a high efficient solution for SMB to handle customer relationship management, and features as easy to implement, maintain and use.

CooCenter-S30 comes with max. 8 x GSM or FXS lines or 2 x PRI ports. Applied with WebRTC technology to support Window Pop-up, CRM, ACD, statistic reports. Greatly saves operation cost and improves productivity for business marketing, after-sales service, product promotion and communication management.
